Healing isn't linear, and neither is therapy. We'll work together to create a thoughtful, research-based approach to serving your goals, while recognizing that the best treatment plans live, breathe, and change. 

Consultation

Trust should be earned, not freely given. This intro call is meant for you to explore what you're seeking in a clinician to see if I may be best fit. If not, no hard feelings! I'm committed to supporting you in any form and am happy to use our consultation call to provide referrals, if needed. Consultations are roughly 15 minutes by phone and always at no cost to you. Intake

Once we've decided to work together, we'll schedule an intake session. Goals here are to begin to capture some details about what life experiences bring you to therapy. Intake is an outline- meant to be filled out and filled in by our work together. 

The Work

Together we'll craft a treatment plan that aims to address your primary goals for therapy. We'll draft a roadmap and begin to methodically and thoughtfully work towards your goals. As we work together we'll consistently check in, celebrating wins along the way. While all treatment plans are unique, you can find more information about some grounding methodologies here
